What we ask when you contact us
- Your status in Canada: citizen, permanent resident, work or study permit, visitor, refugee claimant or protected person.
- Your marital and family status, and who else needs documents.
- What you need and your travel dates.
- Whether you are comfortable with the total fee, before we start.
Prefer to meet in person?
- Book a time. Call or use the form below and choose “In person at our office”. Any day, 8 AM to 8 PM.
- We confirm. You get a message with the date, time, our address and the list of documents to bring for your service.
- Reminder the day before. Reply to confirm, or tell us if you need another time.
- Meet us at our Scarborough office. About 30 minutes. We go through your situation, check your documents and give you the full price. If everything is in order and you are ready, we take your documents and payment (cash or e-transfer) and we get started right away.
Refugee claimants and protected persons: applying for a passport from your home country can affect your status in Canada. We will refer you to a licensed lawyer first.
